When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Orders placed before 5pm EST Monday-Friday are dispatched the next day.
When Will My Roses Arrive?
Roses are shipped via Royal Mail, All orders are sent on 1st class delivery signed for the next business day.
What are eternity roses?
Eternity roses can last up to three years without water or maintenance.
Are Eternity Roses real?
Our entire collection of Roses are real, cut at their peak state, and preserved using a 100% natural plant-based preservation liquid.
Can I design my own arrangement?
We try to accommodate all custom requests. Please email hello@onceuponarose.co.uk and a team member will help you create your ideal arrangement.
What are the care instructions?
Our roses require no maintenance and should not be watered. They should be kept away from direct sunlight and away from any heat sources. Do not remove the roses from the box.
Can I Request A Specific Delivery Date?
Yes! During checkout there is a “hold for delivery” option allowing you to choose the delivery date.
