DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery of item -

All Delivery will be made the following days once the order has been completed.
Due to the nature of the product it will take 24 to 48 hours to create, Unless a special arrangement is required which can take 3 to 4 days.

All our products will be shipped via Royal Mail first class, signed for. next day delivery express shipping is available during checkout for certain products.
(due to the nature of the product being a high intel expensive product)

All orders placed after 5pm will be begin prep the same day

Designing your own arrangement?

We try to accommodate all custom requests. Please email hello@onceuponarose.co.uk and a team member will help you create your ideal arrangement. This will take 2-4 days to complete and sent out the following day by Royal Mail first class, signed for.


Can I Request A Specific Delivery Date?

Yes! During checkout there is a “hold for delivery” option allowing you to choose
the delivery date.

 

Returns

Our floral arrangements are made for order and for this reason they are exempt from being returned and refunded.

If you received an arrangement damaged in transit, please send pictures to
info@onceuponarose.co.uk

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, packed in the same way as you received it.

To complete your return, please wait for confirmation and return label from customer service.
